Responsibilities:
1. Positive, servant attitude with a friendly personality
2. Use our CORE 4 model: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected
3. Operating the POS at the front counter or in the dining room
4. Look for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving
5. Take orders with speed and accuracy at the front counter
6. Check for product quality and consistency
7. Assist team leaders in opening or closing procedures
8. Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
9. Complete all tasks beyond the job description, as necessary
10. Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, and efficiently meeting Banerjeeoli’s standards
11. Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations
12. Stock kitchen inventory as needed
13. Keep the kitchen neat, clean, and orderly always
14. Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
15. Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training
16. Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
