Who We Are
Banerjeeoli's is a family-owned, premium Italian restaurant in Durgapur. We do not use frozen junk. We use fresh dough, imported cheese, and organic local ingredients. Our guests treat us well because we treat them like family, earning us a 4.8-star rating across over 1,000 reviews.
We are expanding to our second location at Junction Mall (City Center) and are opening a new internship program. We want to train hard-working people who are looking for a serious, long-term career in hospitality.
What We Need From You (The Basics)
- Absolute Punctuality: If you are on time, you are late. We run a tight schedule. You must manage your time perfectly.
- Extreme Cleanliness: You will smell like roasted garlic and fresh dough by the end of the shift, but you must walk in every day looking sharp, smelling clean, and presenting a highly professional image.
- Zero Ego & Total Hustle: We help each other. We wash dishes, we wipe tables, and we serve guests with a genuine smile. If you think any job in the kitchen is beneath you, this is not the place for you.
- Cool Under Pressure: Friday nights are loud, hot, and busy. You must be able to think logically, fix problems quickly, and keep a friendly attitude when the rush hits.
What You Get As An Intern
- Hands-on, daily training in a highly-rated commercial kitchen and dining room.
- A Certificate of Completion and a formal Letter of Recommendation upon finishing the program.
- The Big Goal: The top-performing interns will be offered full-time employment at Banerjeeoli's.
